At GreyLongg, we take great care in ensuring that every product you receive meets our quality standards. To maintain fairness and hygiene for all customers, we follow a No Return & No Exchange policy on all orders.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Therefore, we offer exchanges only under specific conditions mentioned below.
📌 No Return & No Exchange Policy
All purchases made on greylongg.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as dislike of the product, incorrect choice, change of mind, or size issues after delivery.
📌 When Exchange Is Allowed
You can request an exchange only if:
- You received a wrong item (different product than what you ordered)
- The size delivered is different from what you selected
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
If any of the above issues occur, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
📌 Exchange Shipping Charges
For approved exchanges, a ₹60 shipping charge must be paid by the customer.
Once the payment is completed, we will arrange the pickup and send the replacement item.
📌 Conditions for Exchange Approval
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- The item should not have any perfume smell, stains, or wear marks
- Proof of issue (photo/video) must be provided
- Only size issues caused by our mistake qualify — we do NOT exchange for size selected wrong by the customer
📌 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process an exchange for a wrong or defective product, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video.
The video must meet these conditions:
- Must start before opening the package
- The parcel must be clearly visible with the shipping label intact
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts, pauses, or edits
- The defective or wrong item must be clearly visible within the same video
- Without an original unboxing video, no exchange request will be accepted.
📌 How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange for a wrong, defective, or incorrect-size item:
- Contact us at info@greylongg.com or via our store support page
- Share your order ID and issue details
- Attach photos/videos showing the problem
- Pay the ₹60 exchange shipping charge once approved
- We will arrange pickup and dispatch the replacement
📌 Important Notes
- No cancellations once the order is placed
- No returns or refunds under any circumstances except for failed/duplicate payments
- Exchanges are processed only once per order
Greylongg will initiate the process for refund to your bank account within 15 to 30 working days. For This we would require your bank details .
