Our products are carefully handled and ensured that each shipment is thoroughly inspected by a 3 stage process before it leaves our premises. However, if you receive a faulty/damaged product(s), then we request you to contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will sort it as quickly as possible. Kindly note that the returns are available only in case of wrong size delivered or different product delivered and not otherwise.
Greylongg also reserves the right to refuse exchange, based on the condition of the product(s) being returned.
Note: Sale and combo product(s) are not exchangeable. This means you cannot return a product bought on a sale or a combo pack individually.
Steps to return or exchange
- To return an order, write to our customer care at email@example.com or Call Us within 3 Days of Delivery.
- Once the return is requested, we will make sure that the product is picked up within 1-2 days or request you to send it over to us. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number while returning.
- The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
- If the tag seal that loops around the label is broken, then the return will not be accepted.
- Once the products are received and checked, we will refund your money in the form of a coupon or store coupon which you may use within a year. Alternatively, if you need an exchange we can arrange the product you wish to be delivered once you make the extra payments if any.
- In case you wish to cancel the order, you can drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
- We will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment within 7 working days
- No request for cancellation will be accepted after 12 hours of placing the order.
Return / Exchange
- All our Products are pre-checked and photographed for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts if you find that there is a fault in the goods that you received, please let us know immediately by contacting us through e-mail along with the photos and other details of the problem. We should be informed about this within 24 hours of receiving the order. As a response we will mail you the return documents that you have to send along with the product.
- Such items should be sent back to us within 48 hours of receiving them.
- Please ensure the product is returned in original condition and original box & packaging in which it was delivered. It should be unused , unwashed or unaltered . Tags and labels should be intact along with the invoice .
- Please note that returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted
- As a policy our team shall examine the products on return and identify the defects/variations indicated by you. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to decide upon the return/exchange or refund of goods.
- Post Inspection of returned item, once the Greylongg team decides to accepts the return, our customer care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis. 1) Choosing an alternative product as a replacement of equivalent value. 2) Refund as decided on a case to case basis.
- If our team accepts return due to error on our part the extra shipping cost incurred during the return of the product will be refunded.
In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Team Greylongg , The entire shipping cost ( to and fro ) must be borne by the Customers . In that case if you receive the refund , the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund .
For International payments the international transaction charges will be borne by customers as well.
- We advise you to send the product for return through our registered shipping partner so that it can be tracked. We will not be responsible for any loss of goods if they are sent independently.
- Not all products are eligible for exchange or return. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for exchange or return before purchasing.
- Handmade products are liable to have some sort of irregularities and discrepancies that are a natural outcome of human involvement in the process and make a piece unique. These are not defects.
- You may understand that sarees and other products are photographed under neutral lighting conditions. Even then there is a possibility of slight variation in the color of product displayed on the website and actual color of the product. This may also be due to your device setting.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fabric cut form the Thaan cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please take care while trying on garments as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains or garments that smell of perfume. Such Garments will be considered as used .
- Before accepting delivery of any merchandise please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package which you believe was damaged in transit or has been tampered with Please do not accept it . Communicate about this with us through e-mail immediately email@example.com.
- In rare case after receiving your payment if we are unable to deliver your product as per your order due to non-availability, we may contact you through E-mail .You may then choose to wait ,choose alternate product's or opt for refund .
- In rare case if a wrong product is delivered to you, we will refund the extra shipping cost incurred during the return of the product and actual product will be delivered to you.
Greylongg will initiate the process for refund to your bank account within 15 to 30 working days. For This we would require your bank details .
